For under-40s with no symptoms, the Basic package usually covers the essentials. From 40 onwards we often suggest the Advance package because the age- and sex-specific cancer markers it adds become more useful.

Yes. Please fast for at least 10 hours before the blood draw (water is fine). Take your regular medications unless your doctor has told you otherwise. We schedule check-ups for mornings to make fasting easier.

Plan for 60 to 90 minutes, including blood work, urinalysis, and the doctor consultation. You can leave once the tests are done, then return for the results discussion once the lab results are back, usually within 3 to 5 working days.

We sit with you, explain what the finding means, and outline the options. For things we can manage at the clinic, we do. For specialist referrals (cardiology, gynaecology, gastroenterology), we recommend trusted partners in Hua Hin or Bangkok and coordinate the handover.
